Here are the steps for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in the Ninjapay app:

  1. Start the KYC Process: Once you are logged in and have linked another verification method, you will be prompted to start the KYC verification process.

  2. Provide Personal Information: Enter your personal details such as your full name, date of birth, and address. Make sure to enter this information exactly as it appears on your legal identification documents.

  3. Upload Identification Document: You will be asked to upload a high-quality photo of a valid identification document. This could be a passport, driver's license, or government-issued ID card, depending on your country of residence.

  4. Take a Selfie: For facial recognition and to verify that the identification document belongs to you, you will be asked to take a selfie. Follow the on-screen instructions to capture a clear and high-quality selfie.

  5. Submit KYC Request: After you've entered all the required information and uploaded the necessary photos, submit your KYC verification request.

  6. Wait for Verification: Your KYC request will be processed, and this might take some time. You will be notified of your KYC verification status via an in-app notification or email.

  7. Access Services: Once your KYC verification is approved, you can fully access and use the services offered by Ninjapay.
